This hotel had a great location. It was close to the train station and metro. Service was very good. The guy who greeted me was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The towels were changed every day. The room was clenaded every day too.
The room was basic. One wall need some paint. AC was fixed at 22/23 degrees. Beds was okay. Bathroom tub had no shower curtain. There was poor water flow. Bidet had now water flow really.

The location proved very convenient, with easy access to Roma Termini. I found the staff to be helpful, especially the receptionist. The room's soundproofing was a major plus. I had no issue with external disturbances.
The bathtub without a shower option was rather inconvenient. It presented challenges for ease of use. I did find this a limitation.
